MATCH DIRECTORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE UPDATES OR NECESSARY CHANGES TO THIS INFORMATION TO ASSIST IN MAKING THE 2011 IPSC CANADA - NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP A SUCCESSDownload Match Information Package, Invitation Letter and Stage Briefings and Diagrams.General Match InformationMatch will consist of approximately 14-18 Stages with 225-300 rounds required. Stage Design Team is working on stage selection and range layout at this time. Updated and more specific information will be released in the near future.Match will utilize a dedicated staff of officials which will include a Chief Range Officer and two Range Officers per bay. "RU Ready" is the official timer for the 2011 Canadian IPSC Nationals. Competitors will be scheduled to shoot 2 half days and may be required to work one half day to supplement the dedicated match staff. Working is a condition of entry. Work and squad lists will be posted at the range, stages, and the match hotel. Food and beverages will be available every day on the range. Arbitration Forms will be available at the range from any CRO or the Range Master. The arbitration fee is $100.00 CDN. Stage walk-throughs will begin on time regardless if the entire squad is present. Squads will be allowed to shoot early if the entire squad is present and the officials agree. Safety Areas will be available on all bays. Come to the stage with a holstered firearm. No bagging and un-bagging will be done on the line. Brass picking is only permitted when the entire squad is finished, and only if the next squad is not at the stage. Stage results will be posted daily at the range. Match and final stage results will be posted at the range and the host hotel. Shipping AmmoThe Ammo Source will receive shipped ammunition for the IPSC Canadian Nationals.Each package must CLEARLY state IPSC Nationals - "Your first and last name" in the shipping address as shown below. A major courier must be used for shipments (UPS, FedEx & Purolator), no Canada Post shipments.

Match Officials Pre-MatchWednesday, July 27th, 2011.Pre-Match reserved for Match Officials, Match Sponsors, and dignitaries, subject to the prior approval of Match Director. Range will be open for competitor viewing. Match ProperThursday, July 28th to 31st, 2011.Competitors will be scheduled to shoot 2 half days and may be required to work one half day to supplement the dedicated match staff. Working is a condition of entry. Only members of the active squad shall be permitted on the stages. Competitors may only shoot with designated squads and times. Exceptions must have written permission from the Match Director or the Range Master. All members of the same official Provincial Team must compete together in the same squad in the main match. Morning of Sunday, July 31st, 2011 will be only used to make up for any delays. Otherwise a Shoot-off will begin at 10am. |
