The
Eastern Ontario Shooting Club offers a relaxed atmosphere
in which target shooters can enjoy a wide range of pistol disciplines.
At the club's recently renovated facility in the Larose Forest,
just 30 minutes East of downtown Ottawa, we have three 50 yd ranges (the original ones) and
four new 40 yd ranges, in addition to a dedicated rifle range.
There are plans for further improvements and additional growth.
Members have year round access to the facilities, seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or dusk
(whichever comes first) for centre fire and black powder long arms
and 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM or dusk (whichever comes first) for rim fire and pistols.
New members receive an introduction to the club and a handgun safety training course.
While a variety of handguns are provided for the safety courses, the Club does not own Club guns,
so members will need their own handguns for regular shooting.
EOSC IPSC regular practices are held on most Saturdays (or Sundays) from spring to fall,
as the schedule permits. For more information about the Eastern Ontario Shooting Club,
IPSC matches and activities, please contact EOSC IPSC Club Rep
Medha Russell.
